Umer is a highly experienced and skilled financial professional with a global track record of
success. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, including serving as fractional
CFO for multiple startup companies, serving on diverse investment committees, conducting due
diligence and research on investment managers and products in the US, Europe, and the Middle
East, and working with significant institutional and retail mandates. He also has extensive financial
modelling experience and experience in all areas of product development.
In addition to his experience in the financial sector, Umer also has experience in ESG, including
financial modeling involving GHG and other climate protocols standards, working with a third-party
vendor to convert Excel-based intellectual property into robust cloud-based solutions, and social
investment management covering ethical standards.
